SEVENPAR是一款計算Helmert變換的工具軟體。Helmert變換是計算不同系統之間的坐標變換，
SEVENPAR可以精確計算出Helmert變換參數。計算出的參數可以直接輸入到合適的變換軟體
中，如TRANSDAT坐標變換軟體，或者GPS接收機的計算軟體。Helmert的七個參數是按照三個
常用的標準計算的，三個標準是CoordinateFrameRotation、
PositionVectorTransformation和EuropeanStandardISO19111。
